ANERA has maintained an office in Amman since 2004. Jordan has historically been a safe haven in a highly troubled region, receiving waves of Palestinian refugees since 1948 and now struggling to accommodate displaced Iraqis.

ANERA is committed to expanding the scope and scale of our activities in the coming years. We continually build for growth in all areas, including community development, local capacity building, emergency water and sewage programs and women's programs.
