The IT Initiative -

• creates strong linkages to the private sector

• encourages and attracts the general public to attend continuing education seminars and after-hours training programs

• helps professionals find jobs and businesses find opportunities locally, regionally and internationally
  promotes the IT industry in Palestine

• maintains a database of all graduates of professional and short-term courses carried out by the Centers of Excellence

• maintains web-based job postings for Palestinian IT professionals, with linkages to appropriate sites
  holds periodic local and international job fairs involving employers in the private, non-profit, and governmental sectors
