Be a Sponsor

Why sponsor Anera's Global Gala

Become a sponsor and make a difference. See and be seen again!

We’re gathering virtually (again) for Anera’s Annual Gala on October 1, 2021. Our theme – Coming Together With Hope – encapsulates the spirit of Anera’s past, present and future work.

We are filled with joy at the prospect of being with one another again – virtually and in person – to renew our bonds, heal, remember, and to move forward with strength and commitment. Your sponsorship will help us commemorate the important work that the Anera community carried out in Palestine, Lebanon and Jordan.

With your sponsorship, you will gain visibility among like-minded humanitarians and development experts and policymakers while supporting the oldest American organization delivering humanitarian relief and development projects exclusively in the Middle East.

The past two years brought protests and economic collapse in Lebanon, the coronavirus to the world, an explosion that rocked Beirut, more encroachment of settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, and the continued blockade of Gaza. But our Anera community met the moment, as it always has. Despite lockdowns and many other hurdles, together we delivered – and adapted – programs that provided relief in the form of food, water, jobs, medicines, education, and so much more.

This event is raising funds to continue the work that Anera can only do when our whole community gets involved to make it possible. Together, we’ll connect homes, schools and health facilities in Gaza with reliable water supplies. We’ll provide training in marketable job skills to youths in Lebanon, Palestine and Jordan. We’ll help enterprising women in Palestine grow new businesses. We’ll galvanize communities across Lebanon to recycle. And we’ll install hydroponic gardens in Gaza that use water wisely.

For your safety, Anera is moving this event to be primarily virtual. However, we will host a small physically-distanced gathering to watch the screening of the gala. The event, in downtown Washington, DC, is open to board members and sponsors who are vaccinated and are comfortable coming together in person.

Benefits to Sponsorship

Anera will list all sponsors on our website, social media, the event program, slides during the event, a post-gala print newsletter, and the annual report. Your company’s name and logo will get out in front of thousands of loyal Anera followers. For more details, see our sponsorship brochure.
