“Sami” offers a rare, intimate look into the life of a humanitarian aid worker in Gaza. A father, husband, and friend, Sami works with Anera, an NGO that supports Palestinian refugees across the Middle East. Since the start of Israel’s ground invasion of Gaza in October 2023, he has been on the frontlines, witnessing the devastation firsthand. In this short but powerful film, we sit with Sami in his makeshift home as he shares his hopes, family moments, and the daily struggles of life amidst the chaos.
