Youth-led Activities for People with Visual Impairments

With support from UNICEF, Anera’s agriculture students in the Bekaa Valley of Lebanon hosted an initiative to provide psychological support and social integration for young people with visual impairments.

Subtitle transcript –
Today we are participating in a youth-led initiative organized by the Baseera Foundation.

Visually impaired young men and women volunteered with us and participated in our life skills course.

Anera’s role in this initiative was to secure qualified trainers to help participants integrate socially through sports and professional activities, and apply what they have learned in real life.
