Meet an Inspiring Fundraiser
Myra Khan launched a peer-to-peer fundraising campaign following the October 2023 war on Gaza. As a mother to a 5-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl, she was heartbroken to see children being massacred, displaced, and starved at such a large scale. Myra chose Anera due to the organization's long history in the region and its high transparency ratings.
"For me, fundraising with Anera is how I alchemize everything I’m feeling into something that is directly alleviating the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza.
