Training New Chefs in Lebanon [Video]

Anera’s trainees had an amazing experience at the Maroun Chedid Academy during a recently ended pasta-making workshop as part of our hospitality training. From mastering the perfect dough to creating delicious sauces, they refined their culinary skills and prepared for exciting careers ahead.

Through Anera’s Youth Employment in Beirut and Mount Lebanon program, in partnership with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation (BMZ), we are committed to empowering young Lebanese talent. Together, we are helping them secure jobs and build a brighter future right here in Lebanon.
