Anera’s Emergency Programs in Lebanon: May – June

Through vocational training opportunities, meal distribution, and sustainable support practices, Anera provides dignity through Lebanon’s emergency sector.
Food Preparation
Our team is distributing 328,000 meals throughout Lebanon, which are being prepared by participants of our job training program supported by UNICEF.
Arabic Couches Distribution
In southern Lebanon, students in Anera and Unicef’s sewing course produced 200 traditional couches for families impacted by war.

Food Parcels and Hygiene Kits
Anera, funded by the Lebanon Humanitarian Fund, distributed enough food parcels and hygiene kits to support 200 families for two months.

Hot Meal Distribution
Through this program, youth in Lebanon prepare thousands of meals for those in need, both aiding their communities and gaining valuable skills to help them in the workforce.
Summer Clothing Kits for Displaced Families
Anera, with the support of UNICEF, is empowering hundreds of young people in Lebanon to earn an income and work experience while producing thousands of clothing kits for displaced families.
