Health Awareness Sessions in Gaza
Posted in: Programs, Video, Voices from the field
In Gaza, public health is threatened by poor sanitation infrastructure and environmental conditions.
With funding from Islamic Relief USA, Anera is helping to address these challenges in the village of Bani Suheila through public health awareness sessions and connecting homes to the sanitation system.
These health awareness sessions help address threats to well-being by offering guidance on how to avoid water-borne diseases, which are common in Gaza.
