15 Years of Living Under Blockade in Gaza

Posted in:

Palestinians in Gaza have spent the last 15 years of their lives under blockade. The hardships are great but people continue to live their lives. And Anera continues its work to help people thrive as best they can under the conditions imposed on them.

For more than two million people life must go on, despite the rubble of war and scarcity of electricity, food and water.

And supporters like you aren’t giving up either, providing daily meals for preschoolers and ongoing support for early childhood development programs, delivering food vouchers, hygiene kits and emergency relief, building greenhouses for family farmers on scarce land, installing solar panels on vital infrastructure, capturing rainwater and reducing fresh water loss, restoring multi-use sports fields and improving community access to potable water.
