Reconnecting Families in Beirut, Lebanon to Water After the Blast

Imagine going without water. For many families traumatized by the Beirut explosion, access to water in their homes was cut off.
Anera’s plumbing and engineering vocational students recently installed water tanks on apartment buildings and homes damaged by the August 4th explosion in Beirut. Along with installing the tanks, Anera fixed damaged water lines and connections to Beirut’s main water network.
This project complements other home repair work Anera’s team in Lebanon has been performing since August.
