Mohammad began his journey with strong ambitions but faced a challenging period when he struggled to find job opportunities. His breakthrough came when he joined Anera’s entrepreneurship training program supported by UNICEF. Through the program, Mohammad entered the world of pastry making, training at several bakeries in the Bekaa region. He learned the craft, how to manage a business, control costs and build a brand.
