Ramadan Distribution in Lebanon

Posted in: , ,

Anera is working to provide Ramadan meals in Lebanon daily. Families displaced or otherwise affected by war deserve dignity and nourishment, and this is only possible with your help. Watch below some stories and reports of our progress so far.

From Beirut to Mount Lebanon, from the south to the Bekaa, all the way to the north and Akkar: this Ramadan support is moving from hand to hand reaching families across the country. Through Anera’s food parcel distributions, more than 12,000 families received essential food supplies to help them prepare for iftar with dignity. Because sometimes the simplest box can carry something much bigger than food; it can carry relief, stability, and hope. With your support, we can nourish even more families.

Fattoush is one of the many dishes families like Oum Tawfiq’s make with the produce from their rooftop gardens, provided by Anera. With what they grow, families can nourish their loved ones and sell the surplus to earn an income.

Thank you for making our Ramadan response possible. Above is just a glimpse of the work we can achieve together. Help us ensure families throughout Palestine, Lebanon, and Jordan can break fast with dignity and nutritious meals. Give at anera.org/nourish.
