Women’s Livelihoods and School Nutrition

Anera completed the latest cycle of its women-led pastry production initiative, which provided income opportunities for eight women while supplying nutritious meals to students. During this phase of the project, the women produced 1,300 pastry meals and distributed them to children in two educational institutions. Over the course of this initiative, participating women earned an income and delivered a total of 5,188 meals across 10 educational institutions.
