Testimonies:
“After we were displaced from the north, the clinic resumed following up on my son’s [malnutrition] case in Tel Al-Hawa, and thankfully their support made a real difference. They gave me Plumpy’Nut. My son loves them, and his health has improved because of them. The clinic staff are very respectful, and my son’s health improved significantly after the follow-ups. — Ibtisam, 26, Jabalia Camp
“We thank Anera deeply for bringing water to our neighborhood. Since the water distributions began, water has been available in abundance, clean, safe to drink, and reaching everyone. Before, we used to walk long distances just to get a single gallon. Now, with regular deliveries every two days, things have become much easier.. We use this water for drinking, cooking, and ablution..” — Mohammed, 63, Sheikh Radwan, Gaza
“In these extremely difficult times, receiving a fresh vegetable parcel from Anera means everything to us. We can’t afford to buy fruits and vegetables — prices are high, and most people have no income or work. This parcel is truly a blessing from God. It has everything our family needs, and my children will be so happy to see fruits and vegetables at home. Honestly, I’ve never been able to buy such things before. I sincerely thank Anera for supporting us and bringing joy into so many homes.” — Mahmoud, 43, Al-Mukhabbaraat, Gaza City.
“Winter in Gaza is unlike any cold, it comes from the wind, from the mud, from tents that never fully close.
A barefoot child stands between barrels, searching for water or a touch of warmth.
Here, children learn early that winter with war is heavier than anyone should endure…
yet still, they stand.” — Anera’s Ibrahim Zanoun
