Regular updates on Anera's emergency response efforts to deliver relief and humanitarian services in Gaza and the West Bank.

Shelter and WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene)
- Distributed 133 emergency tents to displaced families in the middle area.
- Delivered 824,217 gallons of potable water to shelters and displacement sites across Gaza City and Khan Younis.
- Conducted 20 hygiene promotion sessions to strengthen public health awareness.
- Through a CDP-funded cash-for-work initiative, 72 laborers cleaned across nine displacement camps, while removing 82 tons of solid waste and improving camp infrastructure.
Food Deliveries
- Distributed 17,047 hot meals to displaced families.
- Delivered 2,536 vegetable baskets to families across Gaza City, the middle area and Khan Younis.
- Under the WFP General Food Distribution project, 1,261 households received two ready-to-eat food parcels and one 25 kilo bag of flour each.
Health
- Held 10 community health days, providing primary healthcare services to 718 patients, including 10 with disabilities.
- Delivered 5,271 consultations and patient services through six clinics, including outpatient care, maternal and child health, nutrition services, mental health and psychosocial support, and infant and young child feeding counseling.
- Conducted four group psychosocial support sessions, in partnership with Juzoor, for 73 journalists and healthcare workers with support from help the Helpers.
Education and Protection
- Engaged 1,177 children in summer education activities.
- Delivered 61 psychosocial support sessions, reaching 1,205 women.
- Provided safeguarding services to 47 individuals, including referrals for eight survivors of gender-based violence.
- Responded to 131 inquiries through community help desks, primarily related to cash assistance and food aid.
Women’s Economic Empowerment
60 women participated in cash-for-work activities, producing and distributing 18,287 nutritious snack meals for children and families.
